‘Name Game’ Rolls OnName Game Contestants sl
After spending last week over at NBC Universal, Craig Ferguson is back at CBS’s studios on Radford Avenue this week, taping new episodes of Celebrity Name Game. The final episodes of Season 2 have already been recorded and will broadcast over the next few months on a station “in your region” (check local listings for the time and channel). Now, they’re in the process of recording new episodes of Season 3, which will appear in the fall. Tapings are scheduled to run at least through the first week of May, so if you’re visiting the greater Los Angeles area, get some free tickets and enjoy the show!

‘Crunch Time’ Waits
Craig Avatar Dec 11Filming at NBC is complete for the pilot episode of the half-hour sitcom Crunch Time, with Craig in one of the starring roles. They wrapped up over the weekend and will be editing in the coming days. Then it becomes a matter of waiting to see if the show will be chosen by NBC to air in the fall. It’s one of several sitcoms under consideration. NBC will announce its preliminary fall schedule on May 16th in New York, to let advertisers know what’s being planned. We may not hear until then (or perhaps a few days earlier as news leaks to the entertainment press) about whether the show will be picked up. We’ll keep an eye on it and update you with any news.

‘Join Or Die’ Reaches UKCF JOD Chair
While he’s easy to find on television stations across America, Craig is now finally back on British television screens. Episodes of Join Or Die are debuting this week on History’s H2 (UK) channel. Both History UK and H2 UK show several American History Channel Shows, along with some original programming. Craig will be on at 11pm local time, so we’re wondering if the shows will be presented without “tootsie-fruitsie” editing for curse words, or if they’ll just use the American version. We’ll ask our UK friends to let us know if that’s the case.

Corden’s Kiwi Appeal
James CordenMeanwhile, The Late Late Show with host James Corden is gaining fans in Australia and New Zealand. Fairfax Media’s website stuff.co.nz recently published an interview with Corden, talking about his first year on the show and the approach of using YouTube videos (which recently surpassed one billion views) to introduce new audiences to the show.

That Was Close
