Texas Awaits
dallas-winspear-opera-slCraig Ferguson has wrapped up his stand up comedy appearances for the time being, after a string of shows in the West and Midwest over the past two weeks. His next scheduled appearance is in Dallas in February, followed by some make up dates in Munhall, Pennsylvania and Milwaukee later in the spring. We’re still watching for a new date for the postponed show in Kansas City. There is a drawing being offered by the alt-weekly free newspaper the Dallas Observer for free tickets to the February show. You can enter online at the paper’s website, and will be asked for information when you register such as your name, address, age and contact information. Entrants must be 18 or older. The rules also allow entries by mail, or in person at unspecified locations in the Dallas area. We are not affiliated with the contest, but we wish you good luck!

Enjoying The ShowSnoqualmie Casino Showroom Snoqualmie
Craig fan @E_VanEvery went to see our fearless leader on stage in Snoqualmie, Washington in October and wrote a nice piece about the show and her appreciation for Craig’s work. We also saw some nice pictures from Reno a couple of weeks ago, from the charity event in Michigan where Craig appeared last Saturday, and from @NancyInTampa in Chicago on Sunday. Free newspaper the Wisconsin Gazette ran an interview with Craig ahead of his planned Milwaukee show, which has been moved to April 8.

If you attended one of Craig’s live stand up comedy performances, we’d be happy to share your story with the rest of the Robot Skeleton Army. Please send us your story and your still photos (no flash photography and no video, please), or just pass along a link to your blog. You can send text and images to us using our Contact Us form and we’ll include them here on the website. Thank you for your help!

They’re Called What Frogs?
scrotum-frogAs the RSA’s @whyterose713 noted, this story would have been a perfect subject for a Craig monologue: Ten thousand endangered “scrotum frogs” have died near Lake Titicaca. We are not making this up. The website iflscience.com has the details. We can only imagine how quickly the jokes would end up “in your pants.”

Make an Impression
On Celebrity Name Game, they usually do some practice rounds to let the celebrity players warm up and get used to working with each other. Recently, actor/comedian/impressionist Kevin Pollak had a chance to be the clue giver, and it was just about the perfect category for him.
