Daily Dose Of Craig To Return
Since December of 2014 when Craig Ferguson ended his run as host of The Late Late Show on CBS, fans around the world have been hoping for the day when their favorite host would return to a daily program where he’d have the time and opportunity to say what was on his mind. The short, structured half-hour formats of Join Or Die and Celebrity Name Game gave us brief flashes of Craigy brilliance, but for many, it simply wasn’t enough.

Fear not, fellow robot skeleton hoboes. Craig will soon be back on the airwaves, this time on the radio, with a full two hours Monday through Friday to say whatever he wants… and with no “tusti-fruitsi” flags, either. It’ll be a radio talk show, it’ll have interviews, it will have silliness. And in classic Craig style, the show won’t adhere to a format. It’ll be pretty wide open, so Craig can talk about what’s going on in the news, chat with guests he’s interested in talking to, and cause general mayhem. News broke Thursday morning that the show can be heard on on SiriusXM’s Comedy Greats (Channel 94) from 6-8pm ET / 3-5pm PT weekdays, beginning February 27th. The first to report it was the trade publication Variety, which Craig retweeted.

How Do I Listen?
If you don’t already have SiriusXM Radio in your home or your car, you may be asking, “How can I listen?” Here’s the skinny: You can purchase SiriusXM receivers at your favorite local electronics store or via their website. Once you have the equipment, you’ll pay a monthly fee to receive the service. There are a few different pricing tiers to consider. And get this: You don’t even need to buy a physical radio. You can also be an online-only subscriber for $15.99 a month. You can learn more about your options on the price list directly from SiriusXM’s website. And we’re told they may also do some live streaming video from the show on the Craig Ferguson Show Facebook page. Watch for updates.

Craig’s official website The Craig Ferguson Show is being taken over for the new radio show. Watch for more content there soon. And there’s a newly revamed Twitter account for the show, @TheCFergShow which will have regular updates. And of course, we’ll continue to report on Craig’s work right here on RSANews.com as we have for the past seven years!

How About Craig’s Other Projects?
As we’ve reported, Join Or Die has completed production, and new episodes of Celebrity Name Game continue through the spring before that show comes to an end. All of the remaining episodes of the game show have been recorded and edited. As far as we know, the handful of stand up comedy dates on Craig’s calendar are still on, but there probably won’t be many added for a while as the radio show gets going. Keep an eye on our Live Comedy Tour page for more.

That’s today’s big news! We’ll have more in our regular weekly installment next week.
