Craig And Arthur
Monday night on the Late Late Show, Craig Ferguson talked about his experiences in Paris, where he taped five shows to be aired the first week of August.  He also recorded at least one show with his French doppelgänger, Jacques “Arthur” Essbag and showed a promo of what will be seen in France when Arthur’s show returns in September.  Entertainment Weekly reported on the promo.

Melissa and Talking Cats
New York Magazine didn’t miss Craig’s magical conversation with Melissa Joan Hart on Monday night.

Neil’s Wild Day
Author Neil Gaiman woke up to a jolt this morning, with a message that his flight to Los Angeles had been canceled.  He was due not only to appear as a guest on the Late Late Show Tuesday but at a book signing in LA after his television appearance.  After some scrambling, he was able to catch a different flight.  Once at CBS Television City, he sent out a tweet asking for advice:

Quick Twitter poll. In dressing room at @CraigyFerg. Should I wear a black t shirt, or go crazymadwild and wear a grey one?

Among those who responded was Craig himself, who pleaded:

@neilhimself For God’s sake grey. The lighting cant handle a black shirt.

Neil replied:

@CraigyFerg I’m going for black. I’m sorry.  // I picked black. I know. Sorry. Have now been made up. Signed a copy of good omens for somebody’s husband.

And in the meantime, the @Nerdist Chris Hardwick tweeted:

So @neilhimself is on @CraigyFerg tonight, then @CraigyFerg is doing my @BBCAMERICA show & we podcast @neilhimself tomorrow! #CircleBrag

What a group… it’s a geek/nerd/awesome confluence!

Tonight’s Guests
Tuesday on the Late Late Show, Craig’s guests are socialite Paris Hilton and author Neil Gaiman.  For some reason, actor and social media pacesetter Wil Wheaton was backstage at the Late Late Show on Tuesday.  We aren’t sure why.  But he sent a tweet:

You’re really going to want to watch @neilhimself on the @CraigyFergshow tonight. I’m watching them from backstage, and it’s awesome.

Wednesday, Craig welcomes actress Mary Louise Parker and comedian Dom Irrera.
