Heading Home To LA
Craig Ferguson is heading back to Los Angeles after wrapping up the first leg of his 2012 Live Comedy Tour across the Southeast and Midwest. The next confirmed date on his stand up calendar is New York City in the fall but there are sure to be more stops in between.  As soon as we hear details, we’ll be sure to post all of the information here, so you can be among the first to get tickets.  When he got to Thackerville, Craig sent a picture from in front of  a “facade” as Craig’s driver last year called it (the casino’s elaborate exterior walls designed to look like architectural attractions from around the world), using what was surely a familiar landmark after his years of living in and around London:

Meanwhile, the folks at the WinStar World Casino tweeted a picture of the stage just moments before show time on Saturday night.  Craig has made the big theater at the WinStar a regular stop in recent years, often early in a tour to work out and refine new material as he prepares for his next comedy special.

Also tweeting from the theater Saturday was the RSA’s @kstene who got some nice seats.  We’ve heard of several robot skeletons attending Saturday’s show and we hope to be able to share some of their stories with you.

A Great Time in Wichita
Among the many people enjoying the sold-out show in Wichita, Kansas on Friday night was the RSA’s @patsyterrell who did a great write up about the show in her blog, along with some fun pictures from the stage.

Hipster Haven
After seeing Craig’s tweet that Wichita, Kansas has hipster cred like Austin, Texas, the RSA’s @VincentWaller72 imagined the scene:

Chicken Car
For those who have been following Craig since he first got on the Tweety, you may remember at one point he tweeted a photo of a car designed to look like a big yellow chicken.  (Yeah, we saved it… we’re weird like that.)  The RSA’s sharp-eyed @ForeverKith noticed something interesting in a recent McDonald’s commercial for its new menu item, Chicken McBites.  Watch closely toward the end:
