Craig Takes New York
Town Hall NYC slCraig Ferguson‘s Hot and Grumpy Tour: Walking the Earth strides into New York City this week for three shows at Town Hall. They’ll be taping Craig’s newest comedy special, which will be released later this year. As we’ve reported, Friday and Saturday’s 7pm shows will go on as scheduled, while Thursday’s show has been moved to Saturday night at 10pm, to make it easier for recording. Meanwhile, a planned performance in Philadelphia has been moved to September 19. Craig will wrap up his latest east coast swing in Morristown, New Jersey on Sunday before the tour moves to warmer climes, including Nashville next week. You can see the full tour listings on our Live Comedy Tour page.

Because Craig Ferguson will need to be in Los Angeles to shoot the pilot episode for The King of 7B, a number of planned stand up comedy shows in March have been canceled or postponed. We have recapped all of them in a separate post. And as always, our Live Comedy Tour page has all of the most up-to-date information available to us. We’ll keep it updated with any new developments. Thanks to the RSA’s @bgrhubarb for her invaluable assistance in helping us track down all of the changes.

Press and PicturesCraig Tour Bus
The media in New England kept an eye on Craig & Company as they made their way along the tour trail this past week, including coverage from WCAX, ConnecticutMag.com, which ranked Craig up there with eating chowder (a high honor indeed), and the Burlington Free Press. Some of our favorite photos of the past week came from @theedge90, @RubItDownOHNO and @DjLaurieB. We also got a couple of great looks inside the Hot and Grumpy tour bus, with a view of the lounge area in the front and the bunks in the back. The RSA’s @letsrecover14 sent pictures of her trip to the show in Temecula, CA with her friends Maryann and Lynn. She had a chance to meet Josh and friends after the show. And in Greensboro, fan Marty got a great photo of Craig on stage.

Pilot To Make Pilot
Craig Red CarpetHollywood is still buzzing about the news Craig will star in a sitcom pilot being considered by ABC called The King of 7B. Details have continued to slowly come out in the usual publications, including Variety, TV Guide, TV.com, TVLine, The Hollywood Reporter, and Entertainment Weekly. At least two other actors have been lined up for the show: Carla Jimenez, who has appeared on My Name is Earl and Desperate Housewives, and Kirby Howell-Baptiste, who has appeared on House of Lies.
