He will perform as the headline act at Florida State University’s homecoming celebration<\/a> on Friday, November 18th, before heading on to Fort Myers and Miami on the 19th and 20th. Most of the tickets have been reserved for Florida State students but some will be available to the general public. They will go on sale Friday. We have added the link to our Live Comedy Tour page and will update it when the tickets go on sale.\u00c2\u00a0 Thanks to the RSA’s @Fergufool<\/strong> for the heads up!\r\n\r\nCraig Ferguson Trading Card Image Released!<\/strong><\/span>\"\"<\/a>\r\nAs part of the second edition of his Geek-A-Week<\/em> series of trading cards, artist Len Peralta<\/strong> has just released the first look at the Craig Ferguson<\/strong> card.\u00c2\u00a0 It portrays Craig in the style of the eleventh Doctor Who<\/em> Matt Smith<\/strong>, holding a sonic screwdriver, with Karen Gillan<\/strong>‘s character of Amy Pond<\/strong> in the background.\u00c2\u00a0 Why Smith and Gillan?\u00c2\u00a0 Take a listen to Peralta’s podcast<\/a>, where he interviews Craig and the story behind the card unfolds.\u00c2\u00a0 You can also check out the Geek-A-Week site to get a close up look<\/a> at the front of the card with the image of Craig and the card back, which features a mini-biography written by Washington DC-area comedians Paul and Storm<\/strong>.\r\n\r\nSo you might be asking, how do I get the Craig Ferguson trading card?\u00c2\u00a0 You can pre-order the 15-card set that includes Craig’s card (the card is not available separately) by going to Peralta’s page on kickstarter.com<\/a> which includes a range of donation options.\u00c2\u00a0 For a minimum donation of ten dollars, you can reserve a set of cards and will receive the full pack when they are printed (Peralta tells us he hopes the printing will happen in November).\u00c2\u00a0 Or you can take a look at some of the other donation options, which come with some nice benefits, such as autographs, a bonus card and more.\u00c2\u00a0 The ThinkGeek.com<\/a> site also has the first two (of four) portions of Peralta’s original set of 52 Geek-A-Week trading cards.\u00c2\u00a0 As more donations come in, he’ll be able to print the second half of the original set, which features geeks like Grant Imahara<\/strong>, Adam Savage<\/strong>, Chris Hardwick<\/strong> and more. And the RSA’s @Colleen_Byrne<\/strong> reminds us that the Geek-A-Week podcasts are available not only through their website but on iTunes.\r\n\r\nCraig Among Top Whovians<\/strong><\/span>\r\nBBC America’s Anglophenia<\/a> blog names Craig one of its top five celebrity fans of Doctor Who<\/em>. Check out who else made the list!\r\n\r\nWilford Brimley on the LLS?<\/strong><\/span>\r\n\"\"<\/a>Craig told his Monday night audience that after more than a week of Wilford Brimley<\/a> impressions and jokes, the LLS is booking the 76 year-old to appear on the show.\u00c2\u00a0 It appears that Brimley may be in the studio on Monday the 26th. An air date for his interview has not been announced, so we’ll be keeping an eye out for the actor turned oat cereal and medical product pitchman in the coming days.\r\n
