He perhaps best known for his role in Cocoon<\/em><\/a> but among his many other credits are The Firm<\/em><\/a>, The China Syndrome<\/em><\/a>, The Natural<\/em><\/a>, a cameo appearance on Seinfeld<\/em><\/a> and a recurring role on the TV series The Waltons<\/em><\/a>.
