{"id":12638,"date":"2011-10-20T02:15:01","date_gmt":"2011-10-20T02:15:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/rsanews.com\/?p=12638"},"modified":"2011-10-21T02:16:54","modified_gmt":"2011-10-21T02:16:54","slug":"craig-ferguson-peoples-choice-nominations","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rsanews.com\/new\/craig-ferguson-peoples-choice-nominations\/","title":{"rendered":""},"content":{"rendered":"Nominate Craig for a People’s Choice Award<\/strong><\/span>\r\n\"\"<\/a>This year, you can vote to nominate Craig Ferguson<\/strong> for a People’s Choice Award!\u00c2\u00a0 As some longtime robot skeletons may recall, last year a write-in campaign had to be mounted because neither Craig nor Jimmy Fallon<\/strong> were listed as possible nominees on the list.\u00c2\u00a0 We were among many who were quite vocal in our displeasure to the People’s choice committee who had apparently decided not to include hosts whose shows started after midnight.\u00c2\u00a0 But it appears they were listening, because this time the list of choices is longer and Craig is among them.\u00c2\u00a0 Our best guess is that Jon Stewart<\/strong>, Stephen Colbert<\/strong> and Conan O’Brien<\/strong> are almost certain to be three of the five final nominees, which means Craig will have to best Fallon, Andy Cohen<\/strong>, Carson Daly<\/strong>, Chelsea Handler<\/strong>, David Letterman<\/strong>, Jay Leno<\/strong> and Jimmy Kimmel<\/strong> to make the fourth or fifth open spot and move on to the final vote.\u00c2\u00a0 It is worth noting that Fallon, Kimmel and Handler all have active fan bases, so we’ll have to work hard.\u00c2\u00a0 Vote early and often on the People’s Choice Awards website<\/a>.\r\n\r\nCraig Previews<\/strong><\/span>\"\"<\/a>\r\nPublications in Connecticut, Pennsylvania and New Jersey are talking about Craig’s upcoming appearances there this weekend. Among them are a nice longer interview on CTPost.com<\/a>, acorn-online.com<\/a>, the Stamford Times<\/a> and one of AOL’s Patch.com<\/a> outlets in New Jersey.\r\n\r\nDancing With Horses<\/strong><\/span>\r\nNew York Magazine<\/a> picked up on Carey Mulligan’s dance with Secretariat on Tuesday’s show.\r\n\r\nWho Won<\/strong><\/span>\r\n\r\n
