Photo courtesy: Phil Buehler<\/p><\/div>\r\n\r\nIt’s been another crazy busy day with lots of Craig<\/strong> and Late Late Show news!\u00c2\u00a0 CF\u00c2\u00a0 brought down the house at the Direct Marketing Association’s award ceremony in San Francisco Tuesday night, where he not only performed but hosted.\u00c2\u00a0 The RSA’s @Colleen_Byrne<\/strong> scoured the interwebs and found several pictures taken by attendees:\u00c2\u00a0 http:\/\/ow.ly\/i\/4wgi<\/a> http:\/\/yfrog.com\/47wbyj<\/a> http:\/\/twitpic.com\/2x65ei<\/a> http:\/\/twitpic.com\/2x64xd<\/a> http:\/\/yfrog.com\/n3f6afj<\/a> http:\/\/ow.ly\/i\/4wgW<\/a> http:\/\/ow.ly\/i\/4whF<\/a> http:\/\/ow.ly\/i\/4wek<\/a> http:\/\/ow.ly\/i\/4wfN<\/a> She also found a blogged review<\/a> of the performance by DMA attendee Beth Negus.\u00c2\u00a0 Thanks to Colleen, @SexyCraigyFerg<\/strong> and @bgrubarb<\/strong> for posting photo links.\r\n\r\nThanks also to @SecretNakedHobo<\/strong> for finding another nice bit of news about Craig:\u00c2\u00a0 The entertainment industry trade newspaper Variety<\/a> reports that Craig is working on a project where he would be one of the executive producers (not actors) for a new sitcom.\u00c2\u00a0 Note:\u00c2\u00a0 The website may require registrati0n to view the article.\u00c2\u00a0 If you’d rather not register, here’s the sorta complicated inside TV business:\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 The article essentially says Craig is helping to develop a half-hour prime time show called Roz<\/em> about a single mother supporting her extended family.\u00c2\u00a0 Craig would be a co-executive producer along with experienced television writer Yvette Lee Bowser<\/strong> (from Half and Half <\/em>and For Your Love<\/em>) and longtime WB network executive Tracey Pakosta<\/strong>, who is Craig’s partner in his production company, Green Mountain West.\u00c2\u00a0 GMW has already produced Craig’s Wee Bit o’ Revolution <\/em>comedy special and a special for his friend, comic Matt Baetz<\/strong>.\u00c2\u00a0 While it’s not certain that the new show will be picked up, Craig’s company has a deal with CBS that gives them the first chance to accept or pass on the show.\u00c2\u00a0 We’ll keep you posted.\r\n\r\nMeanwhile, @bghrubarb<\/strong> found a great article on Scranton, Pennsylvania’s TheWeekender.com<\/a> about Craig.\u00c2\u00a0 Thank you to all of our contributors who make the RSA News better every day!\r\n\r\nRochester, New York is buzzing about Craig’s appearance on Friday as part of the homecoming festivities for the Rochester Institute of Technology.\u00c2\u00a0 The Rochester City Newspaper<\/a> and the Henrietta Post <\/a>have stories.\r\n\r\nEarlier this evening, Geoff Petersen<\/strong>‘s voice, Josh Robert Thompson<\/strong>, tweeted:\u00c2\u00a0 At CBS, screening @GeoffTheRobot<\/a>‘s new red carpet vid & layin’ down fresh robo tracks. #RSA<\/a><\/em> So perhaps we’ll get a chance to see the video from Monday night’s premiere of Red<\/em> on the show tonight.\u00c2\u00a0 Red<\/em> opens Friday across the country.\u00c2\u00a0 And Geoff is feeling good now that Toby Keith and Trace Adkins are out of the building:\u00c2\u00a0 Mr Toby Keith shot me a look 2nite that made my bones rattle. What is it w cowboys & skeletons???\u00c2\u00a0 Trace wouldn’t kick my Badonkadonk, now… Would he?<\/em>\r\n\r\n\"\"<\/a>Wednesday on the Late Late Show, Craig talks with actress Minnie Driver<\/strong> and Drew Carey Show<\/em> alum, actor Diedrich Bader<\/strong>.\u00c2\u00a0 On Thursday, the aforementioned Drew Carey<\/strong>, former star of his eponymous sitcom and now host of The Price is Right<\/em>, appears on the show, along with actress Jenny Wade<\/strong>.\u00c2\u00a0 Comedian Henry Cho<\/strong> was bumped for time on Monday night.\u00c2\u00a0 We’ll let you know when he’ll return.\u00c2\u00a0 Also, comedienne Wendy Leibman<\/strong> tweeted that she was taping an appearance for the show:\u00c2\u00a0 OK. Getting up and dressed so I can tape The Late Show with Craig Ferguson (to be aired at a later date)! I will keep you posted. xow\u00c2\u00a0 I am going to tape The Craig Ferguson show and I have the flu.
