\r\nImpressionist Passes Away<\/strong><\/span>\"\"<\/a>\r\nComic impressionist Steve Bridges<\/strong> has died.\u00c2\u00a0 Best known for his impression of former president George W. Bush<\/strong> and the elaborate makeup he used to transform into character, Bridges appeared on the Tonight Show many other programs, as well as standing side by side with the real President Bush at the White House Correspondents Dinner in 2006.\u00c2\u00a0 He was just 48 years old, as CBS News<\/a> and many other outlets reported. CORRECTION:<\/strong> In an earlier version of this post, we mistakenly included a clip of actor\/impressionist James Adomian<\/strong> during one of his many appearances on the Late Late Show, portraying George W. Bush<\/strong>. Mr. Adomian is alive and well and the clip was not of impressionist Steve Bridges, who passed away earlier this week.
