Louis C.K.<\/p><\/div>Gaffigan is part of a growing trend among comedians who have discovered that promoting their own projects directly to fans can be more effective than big, expensive campaigns. One of the biggest success stories recently has been comedian Louis C.K.<\/strong>, who has marketed a comedy special and even tickets to his stand up comedy shows directly to fans.
