Still ahead this week are stops in Wisconsin, Iowa, Missouri, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. And he sent another from alongside the tour bus in Kansas City on Saturday, with McGowan, tour manager Phil Cottone<\/strong>, Craig, Josh Robert Thompson<\/strong> and Bolter.\r\n\r\n
