{"id":3060,"date":"2010-12-16T03:15:49","date_gmt":"2010-12-16T03:15:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/\/?p=3060"},"modified":"2011-02-12T19:48:23","modified_gmt":"2011-02-12T19:48:23","slug":"craig-ferguson-arthur-video-removed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rsanews.com\/new\/craig-ferguson-arthur-video-removed\/","title":{"rendered":""},"content":{"rendered":"\"\"<\/a>Some alert roboskellies have noticed that the opening segment of the November 22nd Late Late Show has disappeared from YouTube.\u00c2\u00a0 It appears that Jaques “Arthur” Essbag<\/strong> has filed a copyright claim with YouTube over the use of the opening title sequence from his show Ce soir avec Arthur<\/em>.\u00c2\u00a0 Although ironic, he would be within his rights<\/span> as the copyright holder of that particular portion of the show to ask YouTube to remove the postings, which they have done… at least for RSA General @Malinky2Stoatir<\/strong>‘s channel and CBS<\/strong>‘s official YT channel.\u00c2\u00a0 There are a handful of other postings from other users still visible on YouTube, including a few from France.\r\n\r\nJust so everyone is clear, no one is suing Mal or CBS, so rallying the RSArmy is probably not needed.\u00c2\u00a0 In our opinion, while Arthur technically can file the claim, it’s not very nice considering the attention it brought him.\r\n\r\nUSA Today’s Pop Candy<\/em> entertainment blog has named its “100 People of 2010”, including assistant Rebecca Tucker<\/strong>‘s boss, as she tweeted: Check out #30! http:\/\/tinyurl.com\/2a4dhdx<\/a><\/em>\r\n\r\nLLS assistant producer Andrea Wayland<\/strong> enjoyed a taste of the Midwest today:\u00c2\u00a0 Gino’s pizza for lunch and Sprinkles cupcakes for dessert….oh happy day! \/\/ For all those asking, it’s Gino’s East – straight from Chicago. http:\/\/www.ginoseast.com\/<\/a><\/em>\r\n\r\nAs the RSA’s @SexyCraigFerg<\/strong> spotted, Craig is mentioned favorably in Canada.com<\/a>‘s “Nice” list for 2010.\r\n\r\n\"\"<\/a>Wednesday on the Late Late Show, Craig meets Nick Lachey<\/strong> and welcomes back magician Jamy Ian Swiss<\/strong>, whom CF promoted in a tweet:\u00c2\u00a0 The astounding @jamyianswiss<\/a> is on the show tonight.
