As Craig described a while ago, the book takes the form of a series of essays, modeled after his monologues on The Late Late Show<\/em> from around 2008-2010, woven together in a narrative which explores some of his more philosophical thoughts in recent years.\r\n\r\nFrom the jacket notes: “Craig Ferguson has defied the odds his entire life. He has failed when he should have succeeded and succeeded when he should have failed. The fact that he is neither dead nor in a locked facility (at the time of printing) is something of a miracle in itself.
